Weekend Preview: Bees at Home in the Only Game for Herd

In our only game this weekend, this Saturday night the Trane sponsored Basingstoke Bison entertain local rivals the Bracknell Bees in league action for the second time this season a game that fans of the Herd have been looking forward to since the fixtures were announced.

Bracknell currently sit in 3rd position having played 27 games on 39 points whilst the Bison have 38 points from 26 games and lie in 4th position.

On Sunday night the Herd have a much-needed night off from games.

Saturday’s game starts at the normal face off time of 6.30pm with doors opening at 5.30pm.

Tickets are selling fast so it is advisable to book early to avoid disappointment, the current availability for seating and standing tickets is:

Block A = 4 single seats.
Block B = 3 single seats.
Block C = 3 single seats.
Block D = 5 single seats.
Block E = 10 single seats.

Looking ahead to Saturday’s game Bison player/coach Ashley Tait said: “Everyone in the hockey club is aware of how important this game is to the fans but as a coaching team we have stressed to the players that Saturday night is another 2 points available in a 42 game league season. Our first two games against Bracknell have been barnstormers and with the great noisy support we get at our home games we know that Saturday will be no different”.
