Bookings Now Being Taken For Our Second Zizzi Event in support of Ark Cancer Centre Charity

The Trane-sponsored Basingstoke Bison and Zizzi restaurant second charitable event of the year in support of the Ark Cancer Centre Charity’s £5million fundraising appeal, will take place on Wednesday 15th January 2020.
Long-time Bison sponsors Zizzi are opening their doors to Bison fans which will see some of the Herd players become waiters for the evening.

Bookings for tables for the event are now being taken by calling Zizzi on 01256 212835.
As well being served by some of the Bison stars, the Zizzi dinner guests will be able to take part in a raffle where the prizes will include a signed Bison shirt, signed stick, Zizzi vouchers, and a Zizzi gift basket.

Mark Jones, director of fundraising and communications for Ark Cancer Centre Charity, said: “Ark Cancer Centre Charity is proud to be a community partner of the Bison, and we are grateful that proceeds from both evenings will be coming to the charity in support of the fundraising campaign.

"I hope that plenty of Bison and Ark supporters come along to Zizzi to support these enjoyable fundraising evenings. There are not many sports where the players interact in this way with the fans, and we hope that everyone enjoys the rare opportunity, and treat, of having their food and drinks served to them by some of the Bison players.

“Every pound counts towards the £5m target, and Ark Cancer Centre Charity is grateful for the generous support from Bison head coach/player Ashley Tait, his fellow players, the team at Zizzi, and everyone who comes along to this popular events.”

John Neville, on behalf of the Trane-sponsored Basingstoke Bison, commented: “It is our privilege to host these evenings, everyone at the Bison enjoy these evenings immensely and it’s a great opportunity for the fans get to see the players in a different and fun environment and to raise much-needed funds for a local cause”.
