Following hot on the heels of last Saturday’s thrilling game in Basingstoke, which was eventually decided on penalties in favour of the home team, fans of both sides have every right to anticipate another high quality, entertaining contest.

Saturday’s game sees us welcome the Phantoms to the Silverdome and has the normal face off time of 6.30pm.  In the 2 previous league meetings this season between the clubs, it’s been the home team which has emerged victorious on each occasion.

Phantoms currently lie 7th, having played 22 games and accumulating 17 points from 8 wins and an overtime loss in Swindon. Like many other National League teams, Peterborough have suffered of late from injuries to key players, along with a number of Covid enforced absences, often at short notice.

Despite these hardships, fans of Bison will know from previous encounters, we can expect them to arrive prepared to battle from the first puck drop to the final buzzer.

Whilst Bison coach Ashley Tait will no doubt be happy with his teams current level of performance, he will also be looking for further improvement from the players, as they look to continue to climb the table.

Fans of the Herd know the role they need to play this weekend in support of the team, whether it’s in MK or in Basingstoke…….Loud, Louder, Loudest,
